Our Story
Twenty-Two Years of Michigan Real Estate
Michigan Title LLC began in a small Grand Blanc office in 2012, founded by a title examiner who had spent a decade watching good transactions unravel over avoidable mistakes, a missed lien release, an unreturned call, figures that arrived an hour before signing.
We rebuilt the process around a single accountable person per file. That coordinator owns the timeline, communicates the milestones, and answers the phone. It’s a simple structure that turns out to be remarkably hard to imitate.
Today we serve home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, lenders, and investors across all 83 Michigan counties — with the same standard we set on our first file.
